Returns

We will accept any returns for a cash credit within 30 days.

After 30 days, we will replace any purchase with the same item or similar (if not available) or give credit if returned within 90 days of purchase - Shipping charges are not included.

Backorders

Although we work hard to avoid out-of-stock items, they do occasionally occur. When an item is backordered, we'll make sure you're aware of it by marking it with asterisks(**) and showing it's description in red type.

If there's a backordered item on your order, we'll usually wait for all items to be in stock before shipping.

If you want to purchase an item that happens to be backordered, but also urgently wish to receive other item(s), please place a separate order for the backordered item(s) so that you'll receive in-stock items more quickly.
